Session Timeout
For security, Tendly monitors your activity. After 7 hours and 45 minutes of inactivity (no mouse clicks, key presses, scrolling, or touch events), a warning dialog appears:
The warning reminds you that unsaved changes may be lost, so save your work before stepping away for extended periods.
Auto-Save for Notes
The session notes editor automatically saves your work every 30 seconds while you're editing. A "Last saved" indicator shows when the last auto-save occurred. Auto-save only works after the note has been saved at least once manually (the initial save creates the record).
Notes that have been signed cannot be edited or auto-saved — this is by design for clinical documentation integrity.
