"Unauthorized" or redirect to login:
Your session has expired. Log in again. Tendly shows a warning after extended inactivity — click Stay Logged In to refresh your session, or you'll be automatically signed out.
"Subscribe to continue creating...":
Your free trial has expired. Go to Settings → Billing & Plan to choose a subscription. Your existing data is preserved — subscribing restores full access immediately.
"Too early — join is available 15 minutes before the appointment":
You're trying to join a telehealth session too early. The join button activates 15 minutes before the appointment start time.
"No Stripe price IDs configured":
This is a setup issue. Your Stripe price IDs need to be configured in the environment variables. Contact support if you see this message.
"CRON_SECRET not configured":
This is a server configuration issue. The background job system requires a secret key. Contact support.
"Rate limit exceeded":
You've made too many requests in a short time. Wait a few minutes and try again. Rate limits apply to AI features (e.g. note generation, transcription), search, and payment processing to protect the system.
Invoice email not sending:
Check that the client has a valid email address on their profile. If emails aren't sending for any client, the email service (Resend) may need to be configured or the API key may be expired.
