"Video room not yet created" error:
The video room is created when you start the session. If you see this message, try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, the Daily.co integration may not be configured — check that your Daily API key is set.
Camera or microphone not working:
- Check that your browser has permission to access your camera and microphone (look for the camera icon in the address bar)
- Make sure no other application is using your camera (Zoom, FaceTime, etc.)
- Try a different browser
- Restart your browser
Client can't join the session:
- •Clients can join the telehealth session starting 15 minutes before the appointment time
- •The session link expires 15 minutes after the appointment ends
- •Make sure the appointment is set to the Telehealth location type
- •Share the portal link with your client — they'll see a "Join Session" button on their dashboard
Poor video quality:
- •Close unnecessary browser tabs and applications
- •Connect to ethernet instead of Wi-Fi if possible
- •Reduce video quality if your connection is slow
- •The network quality indicator in the session shows your current connection strength
Screen sharing:
Click the screen share button in the session controls. You can share your entire screen, a specific window, or a browser tab. Click the button again to stop sharing.
