Practice Settings

Go to Settings → Practice to configure your practice branding and details.

Branding

• •Practice name — displayed throughout the app and on your booking page
• •Practice logo — upload an image that appears on the booking page and client portal
• •Brand color — choose a color (via picker or hex code) used on the booking page, client portal, and email templates

Booking URL

Your public booking page lives at yoursubdomain.tendly.health/book. You can change the subdomain here — it must be lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only. The system checks availability in real-time as you type.

Location & Timezone

Set your practice address and timezone. The timezone affects how appointment times are displayed throughout the app and on booking pages.

Cancellation Policy

Write your cancellation policy text. This is displayed on booking confirmations and in the client portal so clients know your terms upfront.
