Profile Settings

Go to Settings → Profile to manage your personal information.

Avatar

Upload a profile photo (JPG, PNG, or GIF, max 5 MB). This appears on your booking page, in the client portal, and in the sidebar.

Personal Information

• •Full name — your legal name (used internally)
• •Display name — how clients see you (e.g. "Dr. Sarah" or "Sarah M., LCSW")
• •Pronouns — shown on your profile
• •Phone — your contact number
• •Bio — a short description (max 280 characters) shown on your booking page

Credentials

Add your licenses and certifications as individual tags (e.g. "LCSW", "LPC", "NCC"). Type each one and press Enter. These appear on your booking page below your name.

Social Links

Optionally add your website URL, LinkedIn profile, and Instagram handle. These are displayed on your public booking page.
