Notification Preferences

Go to Settings → Notifications to control what notifications you receive and how client reminders work.

Your Notifications (Email & SMS)

Toggle on or off for each channel (Email and SMS) independently:

  • •New booking received
  • •Appointment cancellation
  • •New client message
  • •Invoice payment received
  • •Intake form submitted

Your notifications are sent to the email address on your account. SMS notifications use Twilio.

Client Appointment Reminders

Configure automated reminders sent to your clients before their appointments:

  • •Reminder timing — 1 hour, 2 hours, or 24 hours before the appointment
  • •Send email reminders — toggle on/off
  • •Send SMS reminders — toggle on/off (requires Twilio)
  • •Reminder message template — customize the message using placeholders: {client_name}, {time}, {practitioner_name}, {date}
