The client portal gives your clients a branded, self-service experience. Here's how it works:
Inviting Clients
From a client's profile, click the option to send a portal invitation. The client receives an email with a link to set up their portal access. They can sign in with a password or request a magic link (passwordless login via email).
What Clients See
The portal is branded with your practice name, logo, and accent color. Clients can:
Telehealth from the Portal
When a client has an upcoming telehealth appointment, a Join Session button appears 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Customizing the Portal
The portal automatically uses your practice branding (name, logo, brand color) from Settings → Practice. No additional configuration is needed.
