Audit Log

Go to Settings → Audit Log to view a record of all access events in your account.

The audit log tracks actions like viewing client records, editing notes, accessing billing information, and other data access events — important for HIPAA compliance.

Features:

• •Search by action, resource type, or resource ID
• •Filter by action type and date range
• •Export to CSV for your records (HIPAA requires 6-year retention)
• •Pagination for browsing through entries

Each entry shows the date/time, action performed, resource type, resource ID, and IP address.
