Connectivity and Performance

Tendly is loading slowly:

  • •Check your internet connection speed (we recommend 5+ Mbps)
  • •Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • •Disable browser extensions that might interfere (ad blockers, privacy extensions)
  • •Try a different browser or incognito/private window

Real-time messages not updating:

Messages use real-time subscriptions. If messages aren't appearing instantly:

  • •Refresh the page
  • •Check your internet connection
  • •Make sure you're not behind a corporate firewall that blocks WebSocket connections

Offline access:

Tendly requires an internet connection to function. If you lose connectivity, unsaved changes may be lost. The auto-save feature for notes helps minimize data loss, but always save important work manually before going offline.

Mobile display issues:

Tendly is designed to be responsive on all screen sizes. If the layout looks broken:

  • •Make sure you're using a supported browser (see System Requirements above)
  • •Try rotating your device between portrait and landscape
  • •Clear your browser cache
  • •Update your browser to the latest version
