Scheduling Your First Appointment

Go to Schedule in the sidebar. The calendar supports three views:

  • •Day — detailed hourly view of a single day
  • •Week — your full week at a glance (the default)
  • •Month — a high-level overview of the entire month

To create an appointment, click New Appointment (or click directly on an empty time slot). Select a client, choose a service, pick a date and time, and set the location type (in-person, telehealth, or phone).

Once created, the appointment appears on your calendar with a color-coded badge. Click any appointment to view details, reschedule, change status, or write a session note.
