Go to Schedule in the sidebar. The calendar supports three views:
To create an appointment, click New Appointment (or click directly on an empty time slot). Select a client, choose a service, pick a date and time, and set the location type (in-person, telehealth, or phone).
Once created, the appointment appears on your calendar with a color-coded badge. Click any appointment to view details, reschedule, change status, or write a session note.
