Navigating the Dashboard

The dashboard is your home base. It's divided into several sections:

  • •Stat cards — Today's sessions (completed vs. upcoming), this month's revenue compared to last month, active client count with new clients this month, and outstanding invoice balance.
  • •Today's Schedule — A list of your appointments for today with status badges, times, services, and quick-action links to view the appointment, write a note, or message the client.
  • •Recent Messages — The five most recent message threads with unread indicators.
  • •AI Insights — Practice insights powered by AI (available on eligible plans with the AI add-on).
  • •Recent Activity — A feed of recent events: completed sessions, signed notes, new clients added.
  • •Quick Actions — Four one-click buttons: Add Client, Schedule Appointment, Write Note, and Send Invoice.

The sidebar on the left gives you access to every section: Dashboard, Clients, Schedule, Group Sessions, Waitlist, Notes, Billing, Forms, Messages, Programs, and Analytics. At the bottom you'll find Settings and your profile.
