Setting Up Stripe Connect (Receiving Payments)

To receive client payments directly to your bank account, you need to connect a Stripe account.

  1. Go to Settings → Billing & Plan
  2. Click Connect Stripe Account
  3. You'll be redirected to Stripe to complete onboarding (business info, bank account, identity verification)
  4. Once complete, you're redirected back to Tendly

After onboarding, payments from clients are deposited directly to your connected bank account. Tendly applies a processing fee of 3.9% + $0.50 per transaction, which covers Stripe's processing costs and platform fees. This fee is clearly displayed on each invoice.

You can access your Stripe Express Dashboard from Settings → Billing & Plan to view payouts, transaction history, and tax documents.
