Creating an Invoice

Go to Billing → New Invoice to create an invoice.

  1. Select a client — search by name from your client list
  2. Add line items — each line has a description, quantity, and unit price. Optionally add CPT and ICD-10 codes if you're doing insurance billing.
  3. Set a due date — optional; helps with automated reminders
  4. Add notes — optional notes that appear on the invoice (e.g. "Thank you for your payment")
  5. Review totals — subtotal, any discount, and the final total are calculated automatically

You can save as a Draft (editable, not sent to the client) or Send to Client which emails the invoice with a secure payment link.

Each invoice is automatically assigned a unique number in the format INV-2026-00001.
